Shanghai Metal Corporation is a supplier with advanced hot-rolling technology,
well-trained staff and a strong quality assurance system. We have a 10,000 MT
design rate every year. SMC owns all of the mechanical equipment used to
produce various kinds of custom metal products. Due to SMC's new technology,
our products have a better size tolerance and surface finish than standard.
The raw material used is high quality cold-rolled steel coil which is paired with
strict quality control to ensure the production of high quality products.
Specifications of Custom Metal Profiles:
1) For steel profiles: Width up to 100mm, height up to 30mm
2) For Steel angle: non-standard customizable
3) Materials: Q235B, Q345B, 20#, 40#, 50#, 60#, 70#, 75#, 65Mn, Alloy and Stainless Steel
Zinc coating can be 80g/m2 - 300g/m2
Packaging of Custom Metal Profiles:
Shanghai Metal Products are packed and labeled according to regulations and customer requests. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation. In addition, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the packages for easy identification of product and quality information.
