Features of Aircraft Container:
Air containers and international standard containers in the box structure, the use of materials, there are huge differences, in general, the characteristics of the air container structure include:
① must try to reduce the air container's own mass, and thus constitute the box material to aluminum alloy-based, and in line with the provisions of GB/T15140;
② Under the premise of meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness, its own mass should be reduced as much as possible;
③ Both the box itself and its internal structure should be considered to limit the movement device, which includes the limitation of the goods in the box and the box in the cabin;
④ When there is a rapid loss of pressure in the cabin, the internal pressure of the box should be able to adapt to the cabin pressure, and the box is required to have at least 5 square centimeters/cubic meters of ventilation area;
⑤ The inner and outer surfaces of the box should avoid sharp corners and edges as well as too rough surfaces;
⑥ For the box equipped with fork grooves, the inlet and support seat should be able to transmit the load it bears to the lower base, but the pressure borne by the lower base must not exceed 9.55 kPa;
⑦ Handles for the transfer of boxes by human power shall be provided at suitable locations on the exterior of the box, each of which shall be capable of withstanding a pulling force of 4449 N in any direction.
