The AL-PET composite film is a layered composite material formed by combining aluminum foil and PET polyester film through a dry composite process. The base material consists of a thin layer of metal aluminum and a PET polymer film. One side of this material has the water vapor barrier, oxygen barrier, and light-blocking capabilities of metal aluminum, while the other side possesses the physical properties of PET film such as tensile strength, puncture resistance, and resistance to some chemical corrosion. This product is mainly used in packaging scenarios where water vapor, oxygen, and light need to be isolated, and can delay the moisture absorption, oxidation, and deterioration of the internal contents; it can replace pure aluminum foil to solve the problems of easy tearing and insufficient mechanical strength of pure aluminum foil. Common processing methods include cutting, bag-making, and heat sealing, which can be combined with corresponding packaging equipment. It is suitable for the packaging of solid powders, pastes, some foods, and industrial components, avoiding product failure and deterioration due to the invasion of water vapor and oxygen from the environment. In actual use, the barrier level can be adjusted according to the thickness of the aluminum foil and the thickness of the PET film, and the packaging material with different storage period requirements can be matched.

Standard Packaging
Each AL‑PET laminated foil roll is wrapped with anti‑moisture PE protective film. Hard plastic end caps are installed on both ends of paper core to prevent edge collision damage. Multiple finished rolls are put into reinforced export‑grade corrugated carton. Cartons are placed onto fumigated wooden pallets. Pallet surfaces are fully wrapped with stretch film for dust‑proof and fixation before shipment.
Single carton loading quantity depends on roll outer diameter and roll weight; maximum single roll weight is 500 kg.
Shipping
We support FCL full container sea freight, LCL consolidated sea freight, air freight and courier service. The selection depends on total order volume, gross weight and destination country.
Available trade terms include EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF main seaport. Other terms may be available upon request.
Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo total volume, total gross weight, destination port and selected transport method. Full set shipping documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading.
