Fluorocarbon aluminum veneer is a type of advanced decorative material which is prevailing and has been widely used in indoor applications as well as external walls in recent years. It is made of a thick aluminum panel which has been sprayed with fluorocarbon on the surface in order to protect it from erosion due to ultraviolet radiation, temperature, and the atmosphere. The veneer body is light, with a convenient installation structure, notable anti-bending strength, and good wind resistance performance. According to the cutting size and the height of building, aluminum veneers with the thickness of 2.0-3.0mm are usually adopted. The material is easy for processing into different forms with fair material pricing, and the application of reinforced bar technology improves the capacity of aluminum veneer to withstand wind load and thus makes it possible to process aluminum veneer into super-normal sizes.
