Product Detail

Foamed copper is a new type of multifunctional material which is evenly distributed in copper matrix with large number of connected or unconnected pores. Foam copper has good conductivity and ductility, and its preparation cost is lower than that of nickel foam, and its conductivity is better. It can be used to prepare battery negative carrier materials, catalyst carriers and electromagnetic shielding materials. In particular, the foam copper has some obvious advantages for the battery as the matrix material of the electrode. However, the corrosion resistance of copper is not as good as that of nickel, which limits its application.
