Shanghai Metal Corporation is a leading manufacturer and supplier of laminated copper flexible connector.
It consists of C1100 copper foil, with both ends of the copper foil pressed together. This welding process, known as molecular diffusion welding, compresses and heats the laminated parts to form a contact zone. It also has another welding process, which is silver brazing, the copper foil laminated part of the press together, the use of silver-based brazing material, and flat copper block butt welding molding. Laminated copper flexible connector is mainly used for copper bus bar and generator sets, transformers and other large-scale conductive equipment between the flexible connection.

Welding process:
1、Pressure welding flexible connection: pressure welding is the copper foil stacked partially pressed together, using molecular diffusion welding, through the high-current heating pressure welding molding;
2、Brazing soft connection: brazing is the copper foil stacked partially pressed together, the use of silver-based brazing material, and flat copper butt welding molding.
