The discharge performance of lead antimony alloy cathode wires is related to the entire top (curvature) of corona discharge. When dust converges at the top of corona discharge, its curvature is small, which has a significant impact on its discharge effect. Lead antimony alloy cathode wires can be installed in various horizontal or vertical electrostatic precipitators. It has good volt ampere characteristics and strong adaptability to changes in dust specific resistance. Its cut-off voltage is more than 20000 volts higher than other corona wires. Lead antimony alloy cathode wire has the advantages of being mechanical, not easy to break, easy to clean, low cost, and simple processing and manufacturing, suitable for the renovation of new or old electrostatic precipitators. Lead antimony alloy cathode wire is suitable for various corrosive wet flue gas; High current density: up to 1.5mA/m, ionized, driven by charged dust, dust removal; High tensile strength: suitable for high wind speeds of 2-4m/s; Strong dust adhesion.
