Copper foil laminated with polyester (Cu-PET) has higher conductivity and electromagnetic insulation. High quality anneal copper foil laminated with polyester film by using a unique glue formula provides above 15% elongation. Mainly used for coaxial cables, signal cables, control cables, data cables, instrumentation cables and other communication cables that require higher shielding insulation.The Pre - insulated Copper Foil is an accessory with a golden yellow appearance, uniform color and no taste. Applications: Communication cable, AV flexible cable, FFC cable and other wire and cable.
The copper foil which purity more than 99.9% is mainly used in electromagnetic shielding and anti-static, the conductive copper foil is placed on the substrate surface, combined with the metal substrate, has excellent conductivity, and provides electromagnetic shielding effect.

One side is copper, other side has insulating paper; In the middle is an imported pressure-sensitibe acrylic adhesive. Copper foil had strong adhesion and elongation. It is mainly due to copper foil’s excellent electrical properties that during processing it can have a good conductive effect. Secondly we use adhesive coated nickel to shield electromagnetic interference on the surface of copper foil.
