Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene is colorless, basically transparent, has good weather resistance and atmospheric aging resistance, and can be used outdoors for a long time. The friction coefficient is 0.236, which is suitable for some anti-sticking applications. Like general thermoplastic resins, soluble materials can be formed using molds, transfer molding, extrusion, and injection molding processes, but its melt viscosity is higher than other thermoplastic resins, so the processing temperature is relatively high.

Q1.What details are required for an accurate quotation of PTFE film?
A:Please provide thickness, width, length per roll, total quantity, surface requirement(etched / non‑etched), and destination for freight calculation.
Q2.What is your MOQ for PTFE film rolls?
A:MOQ for standard specification is 50 kg. Custom‑made dimension requires minimum 100 kg. Sample orders below MOQ are acceptable.
Q3.Can you support custom‑size PTFE film?
A:Yes. We can produce non‑standard thickness, width and special surface treatment. Some custom sizes will require extra tooling cost.
Q4.Which trade terms can be accepted for PTFE film shipment?
A:EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF are available. Other Incoterms can be confirmed upon request.
Q5.What is the key difference between etched and non‑etched PTFE film?
A:Etched PTFE film has treated surface for adhesive bonding. Non‑etched type keeps original low‑friction property and cannot be glued directly.
Q6.What working temperature range can your PTFE film withstand in actual service?
A:Continuous operating temperature ranges from‑180 °C to 260 °C. Short‑term peak temperature shall not exceed 300 °C. Do not use above 260 °C for long time.
Q7.What standards do your PTFE film comply with?
A:It meets T/CSTM 00330‑2021. Relevant test reports including density, tensile strength, dielectric strength can be provided.
