Titanium Zinc Sheets is a type of building material sheets made of Titanium Zinc alloy rolled into sheets, strips or plates, used for decoration of roofs or walls. Our Titanium Zinc Sheets meets the European quality standard EN1179 and is made by melting high-purity metallic Zinc (99.995%) with a small amount of Titanium and Copper. The Titanium content is 0.06% -0.20%, which can improve the creep resistance of the alloy. The Copper content is 0.08% -1.00%, which is used to increase the hardness of the alloy. Zinc is an excellent and durable metal material with natural corrosion resistance. The titanium Zinc plate is exposed to the atmosphere, and its surface forms a natural protective layer of light gray or blue gray Copper green Zinc carbonate layer, which protects the Zinc metal from corrosion and ensures excellent service life of the titanium Zinc metal plate. In addition, Titanium Zinc Sheets is a self-protection metal that can automatically heal surface scratches. If the surface scratch depth is 0.01mm, it can heal after 20 days. Long term use can maintain the metallic luster and have a long service life without the need for coating protection.
