A: Standard‑spec samples take 3‑7 working days. Custom‑etched‑surface samples will add extra 2‑3 working days.

A: We require thickness, width, surface type(plain /etched), required quantity, destination port and preferred trade term.
Q3.What is the MOQ for mass‑production orders?
A: Standard‑surface FEP film MOQ is 100kg. Custom plasma‑etched film MOQ is 300kg.
Q4.What quality standards can this product meet?
A: Raw material complies with FDA food‑contact requirement; physical performance is tested according to ASTM D882, ASTM D149 test standards.
Q5.What is the difference between plain‑surface and plasma‑etched FEP film?
A: Plain‑surface keeps ultra‑low surface energy for release‑film applications and cannot be glued directly. Plasma‑etched creates micro‑rough surface to support adhesive bonding, but loses non‑stick performance.
Q6.What factors should I confirm when selecting FEP film for chemical lining?
