Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibre is the third generation of high-performance fibre after carbon fibre and aramid fibre; it is the fibre with the highest specific strength and specific modulus among the industrialized high-performance fibres, and has excellent performance. Specific strength is more than ten times of the same cross-section steel wire; specific modulus is second only to advanced carbon fibre; elongation at break is higher than carbon fibre and aramid, with good flexibility, and has a great advantage in lightweight composite materials. It can be widely used in aerospace, communication, medical, sports equipment, construction, marine fishery and other fields. Cut-resistant fabrics combined with UHMWPE and some special UHMW materials; Suitable for metal fabrication, sheet metal working, tool production, glass, cutting and handling, precision grinding, butchery and kitchen operations.
