In response to the needs of high-end customers, we have developed a new type of bimetal explosive cladding bar, utilizing copper, steel and stainless steel as the core and cladding anti-corrosive layer stainless, copper and titanium, which embraces excellent properties of both materials. With high loading capacity, the bar can also keep good electrical conductivity. Thus even being applied in harsh environment, this bar can keep long living life. This design significantly enhances the stability of the connection between the claw and the guide rod. It boasts high bonding strength, increased maximum operating temperature, reduced interfacial impedance and potential difference, and a reduced probability of steel claw detachment under extreme working conditions. Consequently, its service life and energy-saving capabilities are greatly improved.
