The electronic components are installed on the surface of the board (with a heat conducting medium coated between the two). The coolant enters from the plate inlet, taking away the heat from the components. Its main function is to transfer heat from the machine to the external cooling medium, thereby maintaining the temperature of the machine within a certain range.
