Highway Guardrail Plate for Crash Barrier

Waveform guardrail is main form. It is a kind of corrugated steel guardrail panels with spliced continuous
structure which is supported by column. It uses soil base, column, beam deformation to absorb impact
energy, force runaway vehicle to change direction, return to the normal direction. It protects the vehicle and
passengers from hurt, and reduces the losses caused by the accident.
Regular Size of Highway Guardrail Plate:
Corrugated steel plate: Two-wave: 4320mm×310mm×85mm×3/4mm
Upright column for two-wave: 114/140mm×4.5mm×height
Three-wave: 4320mm×506mm×85mm×3/4mm
Upright column for three-wave: 130mm×6mm×height, 140mm×4.5mm×height
Anti-collision grade: A/B/SA/SB/SS

Mainly producing process: adjust machine in proper state, form raw material, punch hole in panel, surface treatment, dry in air, packing.
