Standard Packaging
Every hot rolled steel coil is carefully packaged to protect the product during transportation and storage. Our standard packaging includes:
• Rust-preventive oil coating on the surface (for pickled & oiled orders)
• Heavy-duty waterproof kraft paper wrapping
• Plastic film moisture barrier
• Steel strap reinforcement (3–5 circumferential bands and 2 radial bands)
• Wooden or steel pallets for containerized shipments
• Corner protectors to prevent edge damage during handling
Shipping
We support FCL and LCL sea freight, as well as bulk vessel shipments for large-volume orders. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on coil weight, total volume, destination port, and selected transportation method.

Q: How to get an accurate quotation?
A: Customers should provide the required grade, standard, thickness, width, coil weight, total quantity, surface requirement, and destination port. Our sales team will provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
Q: What are your minimum order quantities?
A: For stock items, the MOQ is 1 ton. For mill production orders, the MOQ is typically 25 tons per size (one 20GP container). Mixed sizes in one container are also available for select grades.
Q: What quality guarantees do you provide?
A: All our products are accompanied by a full Mill Test Certificate (MTC) detailing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also accept third-party inspections such as SGS, BV, and TUV at the buyer's request.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), irrevocable L/C at sight, and other terms negotiable on a case-by-case basis. For long-term cooperative customers, more flexible payment terms may be available.
Q: Can you provide customized sizes or grades?
A: Yes, we offer customized thickness, width, and grade options to meet specific project requirements. Custom grades, special surface treatments, and unique coil weights can all be arranged through our mill direct supply channel. Please contact our technical sales team for details.
