Shanghai Metal Corporation is a Magnesium and magnesium alloy wires manufacturer and supplier.

Magnesium and magnesium alloy wires are essential linear metal components in the fields of aerospace, automotive manufacturing, 3C electronics, medical implantation, and welding engineering. They are manufactured from high-purity commercial pure magnesium (Mg99.90+, Mg99.95+) or specialized magnesium alloys (such as AZ31B, AZ61A, ZK60A, WE43) through precision extrusion, drawing, or annealing processes, resulting in high-purity, lightweight, high-specific-strength linear structures with flexible processing performance. Diameter ranges from 0.1 millimeters to 10 millimeters.

These wires perform key process functions, including manufacturing lightweight structural components for aircraft and drones, producing welding fillers for magnesium alloy parts, fabricating heat-dissipating and electromagnetic shielding elements in electronic products, serving as biodegradable implants (sutures, bone nails) in medical treatment, and acting as sacrificial anodes for corrosion protection, while ensuring structural stability and functional reliability in various working environments.
