A: Please provide required alloy grade, seamless/welded type, outer diameter, wall thickness, length, order weight, applicable standard and special testing requirements.
Q2.What is your sample preparation lead‑time and MOQ?
A: Sample preparation takes 5‑8 working days; sample MOQ is 100kg. Mass‑order MOQ depends on alloy grade.
Q3.What certificates can you provide together with goods?
A: Mill Test Certificate(MTC) including chemical composition and mechanical test data, PMI inspection report; third‑party certification can be arranged upon client request with extra cost.
Q4.Can you produce non‑standard cut‑to‑length nickel alloy tube?
A: Yes, we can cut tubes to specified length within our processing range, extra cutting charge applies for small‑batch special‑size orders.
Q5.What is the core difference between seamless and welded nickel alloy tube for project selection?
A: Seamless tube has no welding seam, higher safety margin for high‑pressure and severe corrosion working conditions, higher unit cost. Welded tube is cost‑effective for large diameter medium‑low pressure pipelines; welded tube must complete full weld inspection for corrosive service.

A: Monel 400 fits most seawater cooling piping. For high‑temperature seawater with chloride ion, choose Hastelloy C‑series grades to avoid local pitting corrosion.
