A self-cleaning basket filter is an efficient solution designed to remove impurities and contaminants from liquids in industrial processes. This type of filter is characterized by its automatic cleaning mechanism, which ensures continuous and reliable filtration without the need for manual intervention. During filtration, Unfiltered liquid materials are introduced into the inner screen chamber through pipelines. There, subjected to the centrifugal forces generated by the rotating rotor and the spiral scraper, the materials undergo a separation. Materials unable to pass through the screen openings are individually separated by the rotor's rotation and the spiral scraper adhering closely to the inner surface of the filter core. Following the spiral direction of the filter core, these materials are meticulously cleared to the sewage chamber which is at the bottom. They are then discharged via a manual or automatic slag discharge valve.
