Stainless steel wire mesh padding is assembled by stainless steel wire mesh corrugated sheet. The padding forms a uniform geometric arrangement in the tower, the steam and liquid flow path is specified, and the phenomenon of channel flow and wall flow is improved. Due to the unique capillary effect of the mesh, the surface area has more effective wettability, low pressure drop and less liquid holdup, so it has a high separation efficiency. It is especially suitable for refractory and heat-sensitive systems. Widely used in petrochemical industry, such as refinery catalytic cracking distillation section, chemical fertilizer, natural gas, biological chemicals, environmental engineering and other broad fields. The tower equipment has a diameter of 3 meters, and the separation performance is higher than that of stainless steel corrugated packing. It is suitable for operating temperature below 400℃, and its temperature is unlimited for low temperature operation.
