Teach You How to Choose Sanitary Partition Accessories

Ten years ago, most of the public toilets in China were built using traditional brick and cement methods, which was a waste of space and not beautiful. Since the introduction of the partition construction method in foreign countries, this beautiful and practical and cheap public toilet construction method has been widely recognized by the public. The current accessories for public health partitions are mainly available in several materials, including PP, nylon, aluminum alloy, 202 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and zinc alloy.

From the characteristics of the use of public toilets, the public toilets are generally more users, the ground is often damp, the acidic urine is easy to corrode the parts that are in contact with the ground, the aluminum alloy and the 202 stainless steel fittings are in contact with the acidic liquid for a long time, the surface The corrosion resistance is not enough, it is easy to produce spots, even moldy!

304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and zinc alloy are much better in corrosion resistance than aluminum and 202 stainless steel. Plastic PP and nylon fittings have no major problems in corrosion resistance and are relatively inexpensive. However, the disadvantage of PP is that it is relatively brittle, especially in low temperature environments.

Therefore, when selecting public sanitary partition fittings, we recommend the use of 304 stainless steel and zinc alloy fittings in medium and high-end locations. It is best to use genuine nylon fittings in general locations.
