Titanium expanded mesh is a mesh product that is formed by punching holes in titanium plates to create dense holes of different shapes, and can be stretched. Mainly used for screening and filtering under acidic and alkaline environmental conditions, or for gas and liquid filtration and other media separation. Due to the difficulty of drawing titanium wire, currently the most mature titanium wire in China can reach a minimum thickness of 0.1mm. Titanium wire has low elongation, high strength, high elasticity, and low flexibility. This greatly limits the production of high mesh titanium mesh.
