1. Preparation of tungsten powder:
In the first stage, at a temperature of 500-700oC, tungsten trioxide is reduced to tungsten dioxide;
In the second stage, the tungsten dioxide is reduced to tungsten powder at a temperature of 700-900oC.
2. Use metal tungsten powder and carbon black as raw materials to prepare a mixture according to a certain ratio, and put the mixture into a graphite boat and place in a carbon tube.
3. In the furnace or in the high and medium frequency induction furnace, carbonization is carried out at a certain temperature, and then ball milled and sieved to obtain tungsten carbide powder.
