Aluminum box/Aluminum case is a strong protective box made of high-strength aluminum profiles and plates, designed for the safe transport or storage of valuables, precision instruments and tools and equipment, with waterproof, shockproof, corrosion resistance and impact resistance characteristics, to ensure the reliable protection of contents in complex environments.

1. Size

a)length 20cm~150cm, width 15cm~100cm, height 10cm~80cm (custom size available)

Special box shapes such as trapezoid, arc corner and layered structure can be customized.

2.Material

a)Box material: high strength aluminum alloy (thickness 0.5mm~3.0mm optional), surface oxidation/sandblasting treatment/powder coated, etc.

b)Internal buffer: EVA sponge, shock-proof foam, flannelette lining, etc. (density and thickness can be adjusted).

3.Accessory (optional)

a)Lock: combination lock, fingerprint lock, double buckle lock, aviation latch lock;

b)Sealing: silicone seal (IP54~IP67 waterproof and dustproof grade optional);

c)Portable design: universal pulley, telescopic rod, hand/shoulder strap (nylon/leather);
