The aluminum profile radiator is also called the radiator aluminum profile or the sunflower profile aluminum profile. The aluminum profile radiator has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, light weight, good heat dissipation performance and good energy saving effect. The surface of the processed aluminum profile heat sink is anodized for surface treatment to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of the aluminum. At present, the types of radiator aluminum profiles commonly used in China are: electronics, electrical appliances, computer radiator aluminum profiles, sunflower aluminum profile radiators, and power semiconductor radiator profiles.

1. First of all, please open the package of the aluminum profile radiator first, first install the bleed valve and the union.

2. You can draw the position of the hole for installing the special hook on the wall according to the provided installation drawing or related requirements.

3. When installing the aluminum profile radiator, consider the damage caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the heating pipe to the radiator.

4. Put the 12 expansion tube into and out.

5. Please use the impact drill to drill 12 holes, the depth of which is placed in the expansion tube, and the outer side is flush with the wall.

6. Install the bottom hook and tighten the screws when required.

7. Place the aluminum profile heat sink on the bottom mounted hook. Install the upper hook to adjust the hook position. After the clamp is tight, the expansion screw can be tightened. When placing the radiator, place the air release valve on top.

8. Install and assemble the pipe joints, then install the pipes according to the drawings and connect them with the inlet and outlet. Fasten the places, the back side is 3.5cm away from the wall and 5cm away from the corner line.

9. Please enter hot water, open the bleed valve, and deflate until the water is out. The aluminum profile radiator shall not exceed 0.12Mpa of working pressure as specified in the manual.

10. The oxygen content in the heat medium should not exceed 0.05g per square meter. The medium water used for the radiator should meet PH9≤9, and the internal anti-corrosion measures should be PH≤12.
