Fiberglass PU foam sheet is a composite sandwich panel consisting of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) skins, high-strength fiberglass check cloth, and a rigid polyurethane foam core, bonded together through a vacuum high-pressure process. The surface is finished with internationally certified food-grade color gelcoat. The PU foam core can be substituted with XPS, EPP, PVC, or PET foam to modify density, fire performance, and cost. This composite sheet can be cut, drilled, routed, and bonded for downstream structural and insulation assemblies. It serves as thermal insulation panel, structural wall panel, and cold-chain enclosure material in harsh working conditions. Unlike ordinary single-layer foam board, fiberglass PU foam sheet provides excellent thermal insulation, high mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance in continuous operation. Note: There is an I-shaped FRP pultrusion profile in the middle of the flat tensile strength sample, and there is no I-beam in the flat compression and side compression strength sample. Conditions for checking the thermal conductivity: Average temperature 25℃, temperature difference 15 ℃

Fiberglass foam core sheet can choose different core materials, PU polyurethane foam core, XPS polystyrene foam core, EPP foam core, PVC foam core, PET foam core and so on.

Standard Packaging

Each fiberglass PU foam sheet is protected with PE film or kraft paper on both surfaces. Edges are reinforced with corner protection to prevent impact damage. Single or multiple sheets are separated by foam cushion inside export carton or wooden crate. Crates are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets and secured with steel straps. Outer package labels mark product grade, dimensions, thickness, color, batch number, and quantity for product traceability.

Shipping

We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight and international express delivery according to total cargo weight, panel dimension and destination country. Applicable trade terms contain EXW, FOB, CIF. Other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on actual gross weight, package outer volume, destination location and selected transport mode.
