Fiberglass PU foam sheet is made of prefabricated fiberglass panel, high-strength fiberglass check cloth and PU foam core material by vacuum high-pressure process, and the surface is made of internationally certified food-grade high-quality color gelcoat.

Excellent heat insulation: the closed cell foam core has low thermal conductivity, which can effectively keep the temperature inside the plate in a constant range;
Light weight: the density of FRP and foam board is very low, and the lightest foam core material can even reach 30~40kg/m³;
High strength :FRP is famous for its strength and toughness, and the FRP skin can effectively offset the general impact force;
Waterproof and moisture-proof: the water absorption rate of closed cell foam core is very low, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic surface can isolate the immersion of water;
Easy to cut: This is a huge advantage of FRP foam core board over metal composite board, greatly facilitating the processing of cutting and drilling.

FRP insulation sheet as a new type of composite material, its performance is better than solid composite board, because of its excellent characteristics, is widely used in refrigerated trucks, cold storage, RV, trucks, construction, ships, decoration and other industries.
Usually used as thermal insulation refrigerated truck cabin plate, specifications and thermal insulation materials can be customized according to the actual needs of customers.

Note: There is an I-shaped FRP pultrusion profile in the middle of the flat tensile strength sample, and there is no I-beam in the flat compression and side compression strength sample. Conditions for checking the thermal conductivity: Average temperature 25℃, temperature difference 15 ℃

Fiberglass foam core sheet can choose different core materials, PU polyurethane foam core, XPS polystyrene foam core, EPP foam core, PVC foam core, PET foam core and so on.
