A: Please provide required diameter, length, quantity, delivery condition (hot‑finished / cold‑finished), applicable standard, destination port and preferred trade term.

Q2.What is your sample preparation lead time?

A: For stock‑available dimension samples, lead time is 3‑7 working days. Samples with non‑standard cut‑to‑size need 7‑12 working days.

Q3.Can you provide official Material Test Report (MTR) for each batch?

A: Yes, each shipment is supplied with MTR covering chemical composition and mechanical properties, complying with ASTM B446 requirement.

Q4.What is the MOQ for Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) rod?

A: For stock sizes, MOQ is 50 kg; for custom non‑standard sizes, MOQ is 500 kg.

Q5.What is the difference between hot‑finished rod and cold‑finished Inconel 625 rod?

A: Hot‑finished rod is for large diameter and rough machining, with relatively rough surface. Cold‑finished rod has better surface finish and tighter dimensional tolerance for precision‑machined components, with higher unit cost.

Q6.Which operating environment is not suitable for Inconel 625 rod?

A: It is not recommended for service under molten alkali‑metal environment; under strong reducing hydrofluoric acid condition its corrosion resistance will drop obviously.
