Copper mould tube is for mould of continuous casting machine (CCM) .

Molten steel casting directly inside the copper tube mould ,in the copper tube pulling billet continuous cooling molding, in order to solve the working process of the copper pipe and the cooling problem of solidified shell sometimes touching and sometimes isolated .Copper mould tube material requirement is good thermal conductivity, recrystallization high temperature, thermal fatigue, high strength, good abrasion resistance, long service life.

Round billet from φ100mm to φ1000mm

Rectangular billet from 70mmX110mm to 550mm X 720mm

Plating: Chrome

Copper tube type: Single tapered tubes; Double tapered tube; Multi dimension; Parabola; Raised Face; Diamond-type(Customized according to customer's requirements)

(1) Gradually solidifying the molten steel into a shell of the required size and shape;

(2) By the vibration of the crystallizer to remove the shell from the mold wall without being pulled off and leaking steel;

(3) By adjusting the parameters of the crystallizer, the casting blank does not have defects such as stripping, bulging and cracking;

(4) Ensure uniform and stable formation of the shell.
