1) Shanghai Metal Standard
2) Customization

Q1. How long does sample preparation take?
A: Standard stock rods are ready for sampling within 3–5 working days. Custom-dimension rods take 7–15 working days, subject to material availability.
Q2. What information do you need for a custom quotation?
A: Please provide rod diameter, required length, total quantity / weight, applicable standard, and any special processing requirements (such as precision cutting, surface polishing, heat treatment, machining, etc.).
Q3. What quality standards does the product meet, and what certifications are available?
A: The rods comply with ASME SB164M-2019 and ASTM B564-2017 standards. Original Mill Test Reports (MTR) are provided with each shipment. Third-party inspection certificates are available upon request.
Q4. What corrosive environments and industries is Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) rod suitable for?
A: It maintains stable corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, seawater and chloride-bearing media, and resists pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It is widely used to make fasteners, valve parts, pump shafts and reactor internals for chemical processing, offshore oil & gas, flue gas desulfurization and marine engineering.
Q5. What factors should I consider when choosing Incoloy 825 rod?
A: Key factors include: operating temperature and mechanical load, type and concentration of corrosive medium, required dimensional tolerance, surface finish requirements, subsequent processing technology (machining, forging, welding), and compliance with project material specifications.
