Metal Rubber Composite Sheet is an industrial composite made by vulcan‑bonding thin rubber coating onto one or double sides of metal substrates such as SPCC, SUS301 or SUS304. It combines metal’s high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and stamping performance with rubber’s elasticity, oil‑resistance and damping property. Rubber options cover NBR, HNBR, FKM and silicone for different media and temperature requirements.

Mainly used for stamping sealing gaskets and damping shims, this material is widely applied in automobile engines, compressors, hydraulic systems, pumps and valves. Compared with pure‑rubber gaskets, it effectively prevents rubber extrusion and creep under clamping pressure. It shall pass ISO 2409 cross‑cut adhesion test with no peeling after thermal aging and fluid immersion. Available as coils or flat sheets, it meets RoHS and REACH compliance for industrial mass production.
