Nickel plated CCA wire is a new type of shielding material, which is made by electroplating a layer of nickel on copper-clad aluminum wire through electrolysis or chemical methods. Pure aluminum wire is used as the core wire on the copper-clad aluminum wire. Adopting internationally advanced coating and welding technologies. Copper plating is carried out on concentric lines of aluminum to achieve metal bonding between the copper coating and aluminum. It will not peel off during heat treatment or mechanical exercise. It has electrical and mechanical properties between copper and aluminum wires.
