PTFE rod are widely used for electrical insulating parts,sealing gasket,anti adhesion materials.
There are 3 kinds of PTFE rods.Diameter 4-9 mm rod was made of 100% PTFE by paste extrusion processing; diameter 10-50 mm was made by PTFE resin suspended plunger extrusion processing; diameter ≥ 50 mm is made by molded process. In the know plastic, PTFE has the most excellent chemical resistance and dielectric performance, non aging, not sticky, wide range of working temperature-180℃~+260℃, in know solid material it has minimum friction coefficient.
