2.Preheating treatment: Due to the good quenching degree and high-temperature strength of the steel plate, preheating treatment is required to prevent defects such as cracks during the welding process. The preheating temperature is generally controlled between 150-200 ℃, and the preheating time is determined based on the thickness of the steel plate and the actual situation..
3.Welding process: Select the appropriate welding process according to the specific situation, such as manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, etc. When welding, it is necessary to control welding parameters such as current, voltage, welding speed, etc. At the same time, attention should be paid to protecting the welding area from oxidation and contamination, and appropriate protective measures should be taken.
4.Post weld heat treatment: In order to ensure that the welded joint has good comprehensive mechanical properties, post weld heat treatment is required. The post weld heat treatment temperature is generally controlled between 600 and 650 ℃, and the insulation time is determined according to the actual situation.
