Standard Packaging
Each piece is individually packed in a transparent plastic bag, with product specification label and anti-rust oil coating to avoid scratches and corrosion during transit.All cartons are neatly stacked on standard export wooden pallets, wrapped with stretch film and fixed with packing straps, to prevent tipping and damage during sea and land multimodal transport.

All clips must be arranged in the same direction, and staggered installation is strictly prohibited, otherwise the wire rope will be damaged and the connection strength will be reduced.
Q: What is the standard spacing between adjacent wire rope clips?
A: The center-to-center distance between two adjacent clips must be 6 to 7 times the nominal diameter of the used wire rope. This design can distribute the clamping force evenly, avoid local stress concentration, and effectively reduce the risk of wire rope slippage under load.
Q: What is the connection strength of a properly installed wire rope clip set?
A: When installed in full compliance with GB/T 5976-2006 specifications, the breaking strength of the fixed connection can reach at least 80% of the rated breaking strength of the matched wire rope, which meets the safety requirements of most general industrial load scenarios.
Q: For the suspension system of a cantilevered unloading platform in building construction, how to configure wire rope clips to meet the safety code requirements?
A: The number of clips for the suspension wire rope with a nominal diameter greater than 18mm shall not be less than 4, and the spacing shall be strictly 6-7 times the wire rope diameter. The saddle must be completely pressed on the main stressed working section, and the U-bolt shall not be in contact with the main stressed wire rope, to avoid the risk of sudden breakage of the suspension wire rope under periodic dynamic load.
