The polished rod clamp is a critical component used in oilfield pumping wells to connect the sucker rod and the polished rod, primarily serving to transmit loads and prevent the polished rod from sliding or disengaging during reciprocating motion. The API polished rod clamp consists of bolt, two half of clamp and clamp teeth. The clamp is made through casting steel and forged steel. The polished rod clamp has three types, single bolt rod clamp, double bolt rod clamp and triple bolt rod clamp.

Notes: Installation precautions
1.Specification matching: The diameter of the inner hole of the clip must be consistent with the nominal diameter of the light rod.
2.Correct direction: Install according to the mark ↑ on the clip, do not install backwards
3.Clean the contact surface: The clamping area should be wiped clean to ensure sufficient friction.
4.Prohibited unauthorized operation: During installation, it is strictly forbidden to place hands above or below the clip to prevent injury from being caught
5.Slow loading: After installation, it should be loaded slowly to avoid damage to the clamp or light rod caused by impact loads
