Aramid IIIA fabric, as a functional safety and protective fabric, has high strength, abrasion resistance, excellent characteristics, high temperature resistance, heat resistance, flame retardant, and permanent flame retardant effect. Clothing made from Aramid IIIA fabrics will not burn, melt, shrink or smoke when exposed to fire. Especially when exposed to high temperatures, the fabric rapidly carbonises and thickens, forming a unique insulating barrier that protects the wearer.
