TZM (Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum Alloy) is a high-temperature alloy, a solid solution hardened and particle reinforced molybdenum based alloy. Therefore, TZM provides better weldability. TZM has a higher recrystallization temperature, strength, hardness, and good ductility compared to non-alloys at room and high temperatures. In addition, TZM (titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy) has good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, and good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for processing. TZM and other molybdenum alloys have a higher recrystallization temperature, higher heat resistance, and better creep resistance than pure molybdenum.
