Lifting chain is an essential lifting equipment of the crane, which can be seen in various project sites. The length of the chain can be adjusted according to the lifting height of the heavy object, which plays a very important role in the improvement of the working efficiency of the crane and the expansion of the working range of the crane. Unlike common chains, lifting chains do not break immediately even under overload conditions. Instead, they will become deformed gradually. One type of lifting chain that we manufacture, and that is widely used, is G80 Lifting Chain. It is made of alloy steel and is a general utility chain for overhead lifting or draging. There are long link G80 chains and short link ones. Long link chain has a longer inside length, which saves weight and reduces cost. Generally short link chains are more flexible than long link chains.
