The maximum thickness of SA537CL1 is 100mm, and the maximum thickness of SA537CL2 and SA537CL3 is 150mm. The production process of SA537 steel plate as follows: Electric furnace steelmaking → LF/VD refining → mold casting → rolling plate → heat treatment → flaw detection → finishing → inspection → storage. It is used to produce equipment and components such as reaction heat exchanger, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler steam drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes for hydropower stations, turbine volutes, etc.

Manufacturing Technology |
1. Steelmaking: Electric furnace or converter steelmaking is used to melt raw materials such as iron ore and scrap steel into molten steel. |

3. Heat treatment: Heating and cooling treatment is applied to the rolled steel plate to obtain the required mechanical properties. |
