It consists of a titanium plate and coils with retraction holes and flap loop holes formed in the titanium plate. The coils are able to pass through smaller diameter bobbins, are adjustable in length, and the ends of the coils are adapted to various types of titanium plates. Coils or combinations allow a greater degree of contact between the graft and the bone. So it is widely used in clinical scenarios and it is indicated for use in cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery to fix soft tissue to bone.
